I have been in the athletic world since I was a child. Playing sports through high school and into college, I started to enjoy the training aspect of the sport. Getting into the weight room or on the field to do drills to be better at the sport(s) I play.  ​

 

That's what Make It Athletics is about. Getting the proper training program to push you toward your goal. MAKING your goal a reality. I have trained athletes who have gone onto be some of the best in the NFL, MLB, and Olympics.

 

Every program is geared to you and your sport. A program that will be customized for you to succeed at the highest level.
